Do not buy Odroid until you've read the problems people are having on their forum and their lack of acceptable resolution. This Odroid failed to boot up reliably since it was first fired up. When the video output stopped working completely (as in the video), I contacted the supplier/manufacturer regarding warranty. They emailed me an RMA form and casually listed the warranty for their Odroid boards as 4 weeks. If they had listed the warranty on the product page I would not have purchased it. In Australia the statutory minimum warranty for electronics is 12 months, not sure what it is in Korea, but I bet it's more than 4 weeks. Searching the Odroid forum makes it apparent there a lot of people have been experiencing video problems with their Odroid boards and a lot of people who've purchased multiple boards all that have failed after a short time. It seems that by having a 4 week warranty Odroid are avoiding the cost of replacing faulty products thereby eliminating the need to improve the quality or reliability. If the warranty conditions were clearly listed on the product pages it would be clear that they have no faith in their ability to make a reliable product. But without outlining it first it seems they are expecting the warranty will vapourize before the customer is able to claim it... a deceptive business practice. Note, they don't allow searching on their forum until you create an account. This may take 24 hours or more. I wonder if this is an additional way to limit the information a new customer might come across before purchasing? 🤍

The Delta Delta EFB0912HHE PWM is not like a regular PWM, like for example for a CPU Fan, but it's not exactly like other Voltage modulations. It's a little bit of both, you can adjust it by controlling the voltage between around 4 and 12 volts to the VM/PWM, but you can also more precisely control it by giving a payload to that voltage. Those are taken from an old PowerMac G5. At 12v they are so powerful, and i can also make it more precise on low voltage, and stop completely at no voltage at all on the PWM pin. Excuse my English, it's the end of a long day.
